It runs on any Mac with a 64-bit Intel processor or an Apple Silicon chip. (Apologies if my search terms were inadequate, but only found posts here with out-of-date info. VLC media player requires Mac OS X 10.7.5 or later. (But am unsure if that installer dmg is compatible to use with 10.11+.) In older (not officially supported OS 10.6), the latest flash Player always downloads from the same Adobe locations as a (larger) complete installer. name: AdobeFlashPlayer_32_a_install.dmg or AdobeFlashPlayer_32_ast_install.dmg In the newest system here, Mac OS 10.11, Flash Player downloads from ( ) as a small dmg archive containing an Installer, which then requires an internet connection to download the actual (larger) Flash Player files. Is there a way (link) to choose to download the current complete Flash Player installer, rather than the small installer which then needs network access to download all components? (Mac OS 10.11)Įven manually selecting (at ), downloads the small installer.
